How to Map Customers Between Platforms?
Under the settings, there is an option to match Shopify customers with Intacct customers using a unique key. Once set, the integration will automatically begin mapping the customers using this key.
If the unique key from Shopify doesn’t match that in Intacct, there is an option to enable the creation of a new customer in Intacct through the integration.
However, if this option to create new customers is disabled, you will then have the alternative to manually map the customers between the two systems. This is useful if the unique key does not match or if you wish to edit the mapping according to your specific requirements.
