How to Map Items Between Platforms?
Under the settings, there is an option to match BigCommerce products with Intacct items using their unique ID. You can select a field from both platforms where you store the unique ID of your product/item. The system will then automatically use that field to map the items.
What If Some of Your Items Don't Have Unique Keys?
No problem! We provide an option to map those items as well, according to your needs.
The Item Mapping Page allows you to view all items, map them, and update their mapping as needed. There is also an option to filter items by their mapping status.
