Amazon: View Order Synchronization Logs

Efficiently Track and Analyze Your Amazon to Intacct Order Synchronization with InConnect Logs

View Order Synchronization Logs


In our InConnect Portal, order sync logs that are synchronized from Amazon to Intacct are recorded.


To check the details, follow these steps:


1. Log in to InConnect.

2. Click on the 'Orders' menu.

The Order Logs contain several key details, with the most important ones highlighted below.


  • Order ID: Displays the Amazon Order ID.
  • Intacct SO: Shows the Intacct Transaction/Sales Receipt Number created via Amazon.
  • Order Date: The dates of orders are consistently specified. Consequently, all orders placed on the same day will be shown in this column. Additionally, you can search for a specific date using the search box.
  • Customer: Lists the names of customers who placed orders.
  • Order Total: This shows the total cost of the order.
  • Source: Allows selection of the order source (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) to filter orders accordingly.
  • Status: Displays the order status (synced, failed, pending, or ignored).
  • Action: Access detailed order information by clicking the 'View' button.
