Mapping Customers Between Platforms
In the Settings, there's an option to match BigCommerce customers with Intacct customers using a unique key. The integration will then automatically begin mapping the customers using this key.
As seen in the screenshot above, there is an option to enable the creation of a New Customer in Intacct through the integration if the unique key from BigCommerce does not match in Intacct.
However, if this option to create new customers is disabled, you will have an alternative to manually map the customers between systems. This is applicable if the unique key does not match or if you wish to edit the mapping according to your specific requirements.
The Customer Mapping page provides functionality to map and edit customer mappings.
