Mapping Items Between Platforms
In the Settings, you have the option to match BigCommerce products with Intacct items using a unique ID. You can select a field on both platforms to store the unique ID of your product or item. The system will then automatically use this field to map the items.
Wondering what to do if some of your items lack unique keys?
No worries! We provide a solution to map those items as well according to your requirements.
The Item Mapping page allows you to view all items, map them, and update their mapping as needed. Additionally, there's a feature to filter items by their mapping status.
