Getting Started: Connecting Your Accounts

Connect ESB with Brightpearl and SPS Commerce


To connect Brightpearl and SPS Commerce with ESB, you first need to grant permission. Follow the simple instructions below:


1. Log in to the ESB APP.

2. Once logged in, the “Integrations” dashboard will open.

3. Navigate to "Brightpearl + SPS" or search for it under the search bar, then click on the “Setup Integration” button.



4. Enter a friendly name for this integration flow.



5. You will then be prompted to connect your Brightpearl account, SPS account, and configure the settings.

6. (a): To add your Brightpearl account, click on “add new Brightpearl account” from the dropdown menu. 

A pop-up will appear where you need to enter your Brightpearl details to complete the authorization process:

  • (i) Add Account ID of Brightpearl: After adding the account ID, you will be redirected to the Brightpearl authentication page.


Click on the “approve” button to grant permission for the connection. Brightpearl will then be successfully connected.




Now, let's proceed to connect SPS with ESB.

7. (b): To add your SPS account, click on “add new SPS” from the dropdown menu. 

A new pop-up will appear for you to enter your SPS details and complete the authentication process.
