Brightpearl & Bigcommerce - View Shipment Sync Logs

In our BrightConnect Portal, Shipment sync logs are recorded for data synchronized from Brightpearl to BigCommerce. To view these details, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to BrightConnect.

Note: If you don’t have an account with BrightConnect yet, you can email us at contact@apiworx.com, and we’ll respond as soon as possible.

2. On the Dashboard, navigate to "BigCommerce > Shipment Logs" on the left.

In the Shipment Logs, you will find detailed information, with key aspects highlighted below:

i) Order Id: Displays the ID of the order whose shipment was processed for synchronization.

ii) Sync Date: Shows the date when the shipment was synced from Brightpearl to BigCommerce.

iii) Tracking Info:
Provides the tracking information received from Brightpearl for the shipment.

iv) Sync Status: Indicates the sync status from Brightpearl to BigCommerce, with possible statuses being Pending, Synced, and Failed.
    • Pending: Suggests that certain settings are not configured or the sync is in progress.
    • Synced: For shipments that have been successfully synced.
    • Failed: For syncs that haven’t been processed, with reasons provided.

v) Action: Offers a button to view full shipment details of the order, including the reason for failure, if applicable.
