How to Map Customers Between Platforms?
Under the settings, there is an option to match eBay customers with Intacct customers using a unique key. Once configured, the integration will automatically begin mapping the customers using this key.
If the unique key for a customer from eBay does not match that in Intacct, you have the option to create a new customer on the Order Information page in Intacct through the integration.
However, if the option to create new customers is disabled, you will have an alternative option to manually map the customers between the two systems. This is useful if the unique key does not match or if you need to edit the mapping according to your specific requirements.
