How to Map Customers Between the Platforms
In the Settings, there is an option to match Shopify customers to Intacct customers using a unique key. Once set, the integration will automatically start mapping customers using this key.
Additionally, there is a feature to enable the creation of new customers in Intacct via the integration. This is useful if the unique key from Shopify does not match any in Intacct.
However, if this option is disabled, you will have an alternative choice to manually map customers between the systems. This is applicable if the unique key does not match or if you need to edit the mapping according to your requirements.
The Customer Mapping page provides functionalities to map and edit customer mappings as needed.
