We’re delighted to announce new changes in the Sales credit feature of the Amazon Enhanced Connector.
Previously, we were sending the received report date to the Brightpearl’s payment information date field. From now on, you’ll be able to see Amazon’s refund date reflected in your Brightpearl payment date field.
Note: Development work is currently in progress. We aim to complete it by the end of this week and are planning to go live on Monday, September 11, 2023, at 6:30 am UTC.
