      Sales Credit Enhancement: Accurate Payment Date Tracking in Amazon Enhanced Connector

      We’re delighted to announce new changes to the Sales Credit feature of the Amazon Enhanced Connector.

      Previously, we sent the received report date to Brightpearl’s payment information date field. Now, you'll be able to see Amazon's refund date in your Brightpearl payment date field.

      Note: The development work is in progress, and we aim to complete it by the end of this week. We are planning to launch this feature on Monday, 09/11/2023, at 6:30 AM UTC.
