Seamless Integration: Automating Customer Name Syncing from Brightpearl to Infoplus
We are pleased to announce that from now on, when a new customer is created in Infoplus from Brightpearl, the customer's name will automatically sync into the 'Attention' field under the customer in Infoplus.
We have completed the development work and plan to launch this feature tomorrow, on 06/07/2023 at 6:30 AM UTC.
NOTE (Current Customers): Please note that this update will not apply to previously synced records; it will function only for newly created customers.
