Enhancing Customer Data Integration: Introducing the New Name Sync Feature from Brightpearl to Infoplus
We are pleased to inform you that from now on, when a new customer is created in Infoplus from Brightpearl, their name will automatically sync into the "attention" field under the customer in Infoplus.
We have completed the development work and are planning to launch this feature tomorrow, June 7, 2023, at 6:30 am UTC.
NOTE (Current Customers): This update will not apply to previously synced records; it is designed to function only for newly created customers.
