      We are thrilled to introduce a powerful new feature to our Amazon Enhanced Connector: the "Date Filter" option. This feature is designed to help you streamline your Amazon settlement data by enabling you to ignore older data that may no longer be relevant to your current needs.

      • Custom Date Range Selection: Users can select a specific time frame to ensure the data they receive is precisely what they need for their purpose.

      Question: Why is older data received in the Amazon settlement report?
        • Answer: When retrieving past data, Amazon's API sometimes still provides older records, even with the correct date filter applied. We are currently working with Amazon support to resolve this issue.

      Question: Will it impact existing features if I don't use it?
        • Answer: Yes, it may impact the retrieval of older data. Therefore, it's advisable to choose a start date in the connector to avoid such scenarios in the future. 

      Question: Will there be any downtime?
        • Answer: There will be no downtime after the feature goes live.
