We are excited to announce the addition of a powerful new feature: the "Date Filter" option. This feature is specifically designed to help you streamline your Amazon settlement data by enabling you to ignore older data that may no longer be relevant to your current needs.

  • Answer: We have noticed that Amazon still provides older records even when the correct date filter is used to retrieve past data. We are currently in contact with Amazon support to understand why the API date filter isn't functioning as expected.

  • Answer: Yes, it may impact the retrieval of older data. Therefore, it is advisable to choose a start date in the connector to avoid any such scenarios in the future.
