Flexible Sales Credit Processing: Introducing Independent Sales Credit Creation in Amazon Enhanced Connector
Hello everyone,
We're excited to announce a new capability where you can now create a sales credit even if it's not linked to a specific sales order. Previously, sales credits were only created when matched with particular sales orders in Brightpearl.
To enable this feature of creating sales credits without a sales order, we're introducing a switch in the connector. When you activate this switch, it will not only capture the sales credit related to a sales order, thereby creating a connection between them, but also continue capturing sales credits when there's no direct link to any sales order.

Question: Will it impact existing features if I don't use it?-
- Answer: By default, this feature will be disabled and will not impact your current setup. If you wish to use it, you can enable the switch.
