Hello everyone,
We're excited to announce that you can now create a sales credit even if it's not linked to a specific sales order. Previously, we only created sales credits when they were associated with particular sales orders in Brightpearl.
To enable this new functionality of creating sales credits without a sales order, we're introducing a switch in the connector. Activating this switch will allow the system to capture sales credits related to sales orders and establish a connection between them.
Furthermore, it will continue to capture sales credits even in the absence of a direct link to a sales order.
FAQs
Question: Will it impact the existing features if I'm not using it?
Answer: By default, this feature will be disabled, and there will be no impact on existing features. If you wish to use it, you can enable the switch.
Question: Will there be any downtime?
Answer: There will be no downtime during this update.
