Enhancing Order Processing: Transition to API Search Filter for Faster, More Accurate Results
Currently, we use Webhooks to process orders from Brightpearl to third-party platforms.
However, based on feedback from our clients about delays in order processing times, particularly when using channel or status filters, we have decided to develop a new solution.
We will be implementing an API search filter, eliminating the need for Webhooks. This new approach is expected to enable quicker and more accurate order filtering, leading to improved processing times.
Our team is working on this new logic, and we anticipate its completion by Tuesday, April 4th, 2023. Upon completion, we will move it to production and notify you accordingly.
