Mapping Customers Between Platforms
Under the Settings, there is an option to match Shopify customers with Intacct customers using a unique key. The integration will automatically start mapping customers using this key.
Additionally, there is a feature that allows for the creation of New Customers in Intacct through the integration if the unique key from Shopify does not match in Intacct.
However, if the option to create new customers is disabled, you will have an alternative to manually map customers between the systems. This can be done if the unique key does not match or if you wish to edit the mapping according to your specific requirements.
The customer mapping page provides the functionality to map and edit the customer mappings.
