Inconnect Shopify Settings
The Shopify settings page allows you to configure and update the Intacct connection with Shopify to sync data between the two platforms.
Retrieve Orders from Shopify
Enable & Sync Orders by Specific Statuses Only
This setting enables control over the synchronization of orders by selecting specific statuses from Shopify. The integration will sync only those orders with selected statuses. This can be updated at any time as required.
Match Shopify Products to Intacct Items
This setting allows you to select the Unique Key/Field for product synchronization between both platforms. It can be updated anytime.
Create Sales in Intacct
With this setting, you can choose the transaction type to create in Intacct.
Default Customer in Intacct
If you opt to create a default customer in Intacct, all orders will be associated with that customer.
Default Values for Order Transactions
Users can select payment terms and transaction statuses. The chosen status will be applied in Intacct.
Select Intacct Warehouse for Sales Application
Users can choose which Intacct warehouse to deduct stock values from.
Select Item Types to Exclude from Stock Value Checks in Default Warehouse
While creating orders, users will have the option to skip checking the stock value of selected items.

Users can map custom fields between both platforms.
